  1. You confirm that you own the rights to the uploaded content.
  2. You grant Canvaas Bazar permission to reproduce and print your files for your order.
  3. We are not responsible for low-resolution or incorrectly formatted images provided by the customer.

4. Pricing and Payments

  1. All prices are listed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  2. We accept secure online and offline payment methods through trusted gateways.
  3. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  1. We deliver all over Nepal through verified courier partners.
  2. Standard delivery time is 5–7 working days for regular orders and 7–10 days for custom orders.
  3. Delivery delays may occur due to weather, logistics, or unforeseen events.
  4. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

6. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Because each canvas is custom-made, we only accept returns or replacements for:

  1. Damaged or defective products upon delivery.
  2. Wrong item received.

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video) for review.
Refunds are processed only after verification and may take 5–10 business days.
