Return & Refund

At Canvas Bazar, every canvas we create is made with care and precision. Since most of our products are custom-made based on your photos, designs, and specifications, we maintain a strict but fair return and refund policy to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.

1. Eligibility for Returns or Replacements

We only accept returns or replacements in the following cases:

  1. The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  2. You received the wrong item or size.
  3. The product has a printing or quality issue caused by us.

If any of the above apply, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos showing the issue.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are custom printed, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  1. Customer-uploaded photos with low resolution or poor quality.
  2. Incorrect image, text, or design uploaded by the customer.
  3. Minor color variations due to monitor or lighting differences.
  4. Change of mind after order confirmation.

Please double-check your design and details before finalizing your order.

3. Return Process

If your return request meets our policy:

  1. Contact us via email at support@canvasbazar.com
    within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.
  3. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility within 2–3 working days.
  4. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or partial refund as applicable.

4. Refunds

  1. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after confirmation.
  2. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
  3. Delivery charges are non-refundable, except in cases of a wrong or defective item.

5. Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order is damaged or lost during shipping, please notify us immediately. We will coordinate with our courier partners to resolve the issue and send a replacement as soon as possible.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before printing begins. Once printing or framing has started, cancellations are not possible due to customization.
